Since the establishment of ASCF in 2016, we have continued to grow with current funds under management exceeding $160 Million, over 600 individual investment accounts and total investor distributions of more than $14.8 million having been paid to investors.
Following the success of our retail investment funds, we are pleased to launch ASCF Private Fund, a fund established for our wholesale and sophisticated investors with investment terms of 6, 12, 18 and 24 months.
ASCF Private Fund provides investors with a higher rate of return, whilst maintaining a similar investment strategy in which the pooled funds will be lent either directly or indirectly to borrowers, secured by mortgages over Australian property.
Furthermore, both the Investor Reserve Account as well as the Spread Protection mechanism, provide investors with a balanced return on risk in a fund managed by industry professionals with a successful track record.
ASCF Private Fund pays investors:
- 7.89% per annum for a 6-month investment term
- 8.09% per annum for a 12-month investment term
- 8.29% per annum for an 18-month investment term
- 8.49% per annum for a 24-month investment term
Key Fund Features Include:
- Minimum investment of $50,000
- No entry or exit fees
- Distributions paid monthly OR reinvested in the Fund via the Distribution Reinvestment Plan
- Secured directly or indirectly by mortgages over Australian property
